In this role, you will establish technical benchmarks and best practices for our Go-centric systems. Your Responsibilities- Establish and disseminate standards and best practices for the Go programming language across the organization.
- Oversee adherence to security protocols, coding standards, and other relevant guidelines.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback to fellow developers.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to enhance their Go expertise.
- Engage in resolving intricate technical challenges through programming and technical guidance.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
