Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished software engineer with expertise in Go and a keen interest in e-commerce. As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Go, you will establish technical benchmarks and best practices for our Go-centric systems. You will collaborate with teams across various countries to create innovative solutions and provide mentorship to less experienced developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and disseminating standards and best practices for the Go programming language throughout the organization.
- Monitoring adherence to security protocols, coding standards, and other relevant guidelines.
- Conducting thorough code reviews and offering constructive feedback to team members.
- Training and mentoring junior and mid-level developers to enhance their proficiency in Go.
- Actively engaging in resolving complex technical issues through programming and expert advice.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of software development experience with a focus on Go.

- Proven track record in defining coding standards, security protocols, and best practices for Go.
