Internship HR Learning and Development Specialist

As an intern in our Learning and Organizational Development team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our company. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement global measures that promote a culture of learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of innovative learning and development opportunities, both online and offline.
  • Contribute to the development of global materials, communications, and empowerment offers for Learning & Development campaigns.
  • Assist with projects to promote leadership development and skills management.
  • Oversee administrative processes for our digital learning platform, LinkedIn Learning.

Requirements:

  • You're currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree, or you're in your gap year and looking for an exciting internship in HR.
  • Ideally, you have some professional experience, e.g., through internships or working student activities in HR.
  • You're proactive, creative, and able to demonstrate a feel for the interests of different stakeholders.
  • You're open to new ideas and enjoy immersing yourself in different topics.
  • You have a structured way of working.
  • Fluency in English and some German language skills are an advantage.
