Job Summary

The Berner Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources International team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and driving talent management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive employee engagement
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to business leaders and employees
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the business to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to support their career growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and development
  • Proven track record of success in driving HR initiatives and improving employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
