Job Summary
The Berner Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources International team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and driving talent management initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive employee engagement
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to business leaders and employees
- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Work closely with the business to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to support their career growth and development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and development
- Proven track record of success in driving HR initiatives and improving employee engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
