YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the comprehensive strategy for personnel-related data and ensure the integrity of employee information in partnership with HR specialists and other departments (e.g., Master Data, HR-IT, Controlling) Lead or participate in international projects and initiatives concerning HR data and reporting both within and outside of Workday, including the integration, analysis, validation, visualization, and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data to formulate actionable insights Create qualitative and quantitative performance metrics and tools to enhance decision-making processes and improve employee satisfaction Continuously enhance data standardization and management practices Act as the primary expert in employee analytics and reporting, offering analytical support (analysis and dashboards) for HR functions managing complex data and identifying trends Assess HR data and key performance indicators, initiating discussions for necessary actions Generate standard and customized reports for various stakeholders Define overarching planning and budgeting considerations for employee-related topics, including management of the central HR budget Maintain and enhance all data and reporting standards in Workday in collaboration with subject matter experts Implement and uphold calculation rules, definitions, reports, and dashboards in Workday in conjunction with functional experts Integrate additional data into Workday using Prism Support the bi-annual Workday release cycle for reporting functions Serve as the main contact for advanced Workday-related inquiries and escalations regarding data and reporting Design and conduct user training sessions on data and reporting in Workday in collaboration with the HCM Change Analyst Advise, assist, and train the global HR community, with a long-term goal of establishing, managing, and training a Global Reporting CommunityYOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Self-motivated and proactive professional with substantial technical experience in Workday Analytical and data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail, coupled with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Capable of working at both tactical and strategic levels, independently and collaboratively within a global team environment alongside functional experts Comfortable in a dynamic environment, adapting to frequent changes, performing well under pressure, and managing multiple tasks concurrently Team-oriented, with a positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and readiness to exceed standard expectations when necessary Proficient in IT and systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels Independent working style and ability to think creatively Demonstrated experience in Workday HR configuration in HR Analytics and Reporting (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and Slides) Several years of professional experience in HR Controlling or Business Intelligence Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Economics, or Psychology Advanced Excel skills Preferred: 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Workday Prism, Workday Pro Certificate in Reporting and/or Prism, Familiarity with Workday security concepts and strong knowledge of data analytics and visualization toolsWHY JOIN US?
