Ocean Freight Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. As an Ocean Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient movement of cargo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor ocean freight shipments to ensure timely and efficient movement of cargo.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and overseas stations to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Research and recommend the most cost-effective and efficient modes of transportation for ocean freight shipments.
- Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices and bills of lading.
- Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to meet operational KPIs, including minimum number of jobs handled per operator.
- Participate in mandatory internal and external training, including Crane University courses.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and FCPA compliance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
