Logistics Coordinator Ocean Freight Export

Job Responsibilities- Independent handling of ocean freight export shipments
- Planning, booking, and creation of transport orders as well as tracking and tracing of shipments
- Non-conformance reporting according to KPIs
- Cooperation with approved subcontractors according to agreed rates
- BDP International customer support as well as coordination with our overseas houses/agents
- Registration and processing of complaints
- Compliance with deadlines
- Preparation of order settlements and processing of incoming invoices
- Optimizing workflows and monitoring results
- Ensuring ISO and SQAS standard and data maintenance
- Experience of minimum 3-5 years in ocean freight
- Commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent
- Work experience in handling ocean freight export shipments
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
