Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure precise processing of employee remuneration (salary and wage payments), including tax withholdings, social security contributions, and other deductions
  • Manage unique cases such as bonuses, one-time payments, and severance packages
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees and management regarding payroll and personnel issues
  • Prepare documentation for company audits conducted by the German Pension Insurance and tax authorities
  • Assist the Finance department in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
  • Communicate with external entities, generating reports for health insurance providers, tax offices, and other authorities, along with employment certificates
  • Support master data management, verify timekeeping, and oversee the complete personnel administration process from onboarding to offboarding
  • Compile data for personnel statistics and analyses
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training with several years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of current income tax and social security regulations, with proficiency in DATEV and MS Office
  • Familiarity with company pension schemes is a plus
  • Excellent service and consultancy orientation
  • Outstanding communication skills, independent and organized work style, along with a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Proficient German language skills
