Health Promotion Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the development and implementation of health promotion initiatives and projects in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, coordination, and evaluation of health promotion initiatives and projects
  • Organize and support new medical activities at SAP headquarters and subsidiaries
  • Plan and support the realization of health campaigns
  • Support in creating marketing and communication materials
  • Document and report programs in the medical office
  • Support vaccination campaigns
  • Expected travel 5-10% occasionally within Germany

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Student (f/m/d). Preferred field of study: Health Management, Sport Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Studies, Education Science, Psychology or related subject
  • Teamworking and open communication
  • Passion for Corporate Health Management and interest in physical and mental health topics
  • Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing in English and German language
  • Service orientation, ability to work self-dependent and drive for execution
  • Originality and ability to understand and improve processes and materials
  • Ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations and reports
  • Familiarity with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends

About the Team

The SAP Global Health, Safety Team makes SAP run better by improving working conditions and productivity of employees. It is responsible for SAP's global health, wellness, and work-life management portfolio, prevention of health hazards and pandemic-related risks, health and safety policies. Our Strategy provides thought leadership on linking health and well-being to talent management, productivity, and financial outcomes.

We engage internally and externally in the field of individual health and a healthy business culture at the workplace. This approach has received numerous awards of great place to work as well as national health awards.
