Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, execution, coordination, and assessment of various health promotion programs and initiatives across Germany, particularly in medical offices.
- Facilitate and support new health-related activities at SAP’s headquarters and its subsidiaries.
- Organize and assist in the execution of health campaigns, including logistical preparations and coordination of events.
- Aid in the creation of marketing and communication materials, such as internal resources and onsite promotional assets.
- Document and report on health program activities within the medical office.
- Provide support for vaccination initiatives.
- Anticipate occasional travel within Germany, estimated at 5-10%.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Health Management, Sports Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Educational Sciences, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for Corporate Health Management and a keen interest in physical and mental health issues.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and German.
- Service-oriented mindset, capable of working independently with a strong drive for results.
- Creative thinking with the ability to analyze and enhance processes and materials.
- Competence in designing impactful presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with current trends in social media and technology.
