Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, execution, coordination, and assessment of various health promotion programs and initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate new health-related activities at SAP's main office and its subsidiaries.
- Plan and support the execution of health campaigns, including logistical preparations and activity coordination.
- Aid in the creation of marketing and communication materials for internal platforms and on-site resources.
- Document and report on health programs within the medical office.
- Provide support for vaccination initiatives.
- Anticipate occasional travel within the country, estimated at 5-10%.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Health Management, Sports Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Educational Sciences, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Strong teamwork skills and open communication style.
- Enthusiasm for Corporate Health Management and a keen interest in physical and mental health topics.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and German.
- Service-oriented mindset, capable of working independently with a strong drive for results.
- Innovative thinking with the ability to enhance processes and materials.
- Competence in designing impactful presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with current trends in social media and technology.
