Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, execution, coordination, and assessment of various health promotion programs and initiatives within Germany, particularly in medical offices.
- Organize and facilitate new health-related activities at the company headquarters and its subsidiaries.
- Plan and support the execution of health campaigns, including organizational logistics and activity coordination.
- Aid in the creation of marketing and communication materials for internal platforms and onsite resources.
- Document and report on health programs conducted in the medical office.
- Support vaccination initiatives.
- Anticipate occasional travel within Germany, approximately 5-10% of the time.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Health Management, Sports Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Educational Sciences, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Strong teamwork and open communication skills.
- A genuine interest in Corporate Health Management and a passion for physical and mental health topics.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and German, both verbally and in writing.
- Service-oriented mindset, ability to work independently, and a strong drive for execution.
- Creative thinking and the ability to analyze and enhance processes and materials.
- Competence in designing and preparing impactful presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with current trends in social media and technology.
