Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, execution, coordination, and assessment of various health promotion initiatives and projects within Germany, particularly at SAP's medical facilities.
- Organize and facilitate new health-related activities at SAP's headquarters and associated locations.
- Plan and support the execution of health campaigns, including organizational logistics and activity coordination.
- Aid in the creation of marketing and communication materials for internal platforms and onsite resources.
- Document and report on health programs conducted in the medical office.
- Provide support for vaccination initiatives.
- Anticipate occasional travel within Germany, estimated at 5-10%.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Health Management, Sports Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Educational Sciences, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in Corporate Health Management and topics related to physical and mental well-being.
- Proficient in both English and German, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Service-oriented mindset, capable of working independently with a strong drive for results.
- Creative thinking with the ability to analyze and enhance processes and materials.
- Competence in designing impactful presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with current trends in social media and technology.
