About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at NES Global Deutschland GmbH / NES Fircroft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the green hydrogen and renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the green hydrogen and renewable energy sector.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Project Development and Management: Develop and manage projects from concept to implementation, working closely with customers and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Business Development and Growth: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the green hydrogen and renewable energy sector.
  • Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the green hydrogen and renewable energy industry, including market trends, technologies, and applications.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven track record of success in business development, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing business strategies, and driving revenue growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
