Acute Inpatient Registered Nurse

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Acute Inpatient Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in multiple modalities, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapies, and apheresis.
- Supervise and direct Patient Care Technicians and clerical staff, providing education and training as needed.
- Assess patients' responses to treatment therapy and make adjustments as indicated by the physician.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure and experience in nephrology nursing.
- Minimum 6 months nephrology experience required before working independently.
- Strong assessment skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills and ability to direct and supervise others.
