Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning the entire client lifecycle, from acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts to leveraging your strategic expertise to drive growth and capitalize on key business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope projects and transform them into actionable milestones
- Develop strategic plans that deliver impactful results
- Manage expectations and articulate reasons for project or timeline changes
- Collaborate with a team of customer success managers, account managers, operations, and other internal stakeholders
- Actively plan and align complex projects and strategic communications to deliver Lepaya's goals
Requirements
- Min 5+ years in a strategic sales role, with extensive experience working with high-level stakeholders such as CHROs, CEOs, and Heads of HR or L&D
- Affinity with the learning & development landscape
- Fluent in English and German
- Located in Germany, preferably Munich or Berlin area
- Experience handling complex solutions and managing longer sales cycles, often involving cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business
- Coaching team members, communication, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives
