About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Optimus Search. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the holistic support and management of app development projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from conception through design and implementation to testing and acceptance
  • Oversee the implementation and testing of software products in all phases of the development cycle, including alpha, beta, and release candidate versions
  • Act as team lead for product owners and an international developer team of up to 20 people
  • Support the individual career development of your team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as an IT project manager
  • Programming skills, ideally with experience in project management
  • Written and spoken German skills at least at C1 level
  • Written and spoken English skills at least B2 level
