Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at msg systems. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading national and international customer projects, analyzing business and IT requirements, and developing comprehensive project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business and IT requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and present project proposals, including detailed cost estimates and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Implement and manage change management initiatives to drive business transformation and process improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
