Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at msg systems. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading national and international customer projects, analyzing business and IT requirements, and developing strategic solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business and IT requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Develop and present project proposals, including detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
  • Implement and manage change management initiatives to drive business transformation and cultural change
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
