Was dich erwartet

In der Rolle des Product Development Lead bei Baloise Group bist du nicht nur Teil unseres engagierten Teams, sondern trägst auch die fachliche Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und Optimierung unserer digitalen Geschäftsabläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern. Du übernimmst die vollständige Verantwortung im Produktentwicklungsprozess.

In dieser Position stellst du sicher, dass unsere Anwendungen nahtlos in unsere Abläufe integriert sind und im Sinne der Kundinnen und Kunden benutzerfreundlich funktionieren. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Aktive Mitwirkung am Programm-Backlog-Refinement sowie an den inhaltlichen Vorbereitungen für die PI-Planung.
  • Verantwortung für das „Enablement“ der Teams, Erkennung von Unterstützungsbedarf, Priorisierung des Backlogs und Pflege der eigenen Toolchain.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Dienstleistern, Governance und IT-Sicherheit zur Entwicklung einer Team-Roadmap für die zu unterstützenden Prozesse und Werkzeuge, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die umfassende Implementierung der BiPRO-Normen.
  • Pflege und Verwaltung des Team-Backlogs, einschließlich der Priorisierung der Backlog-Elemente basierend auf Kundenwert, Zeit und anderen Abhängigkeiten sowie der Integration von Inputs durch den Systemarchitekten und andere Stakeholder. Während der Iterationsplanung sind kontinuierliche Überprüfungen und Re-Priorisierungen entscheidend, einschließlich der frühzeitigen Koordination von Abhängigkeiten mit anderen Product Ownern und Teams.
  • Eine bedeutende Rolle als Product Owner im PI-Planungs-Event einnehmen: Hier agierst du als Moderator des Team-Planungsprozesses, indem du Stories definierst, Klarheit schaffst, priorisierst und eng mit anderen Product Ownern, technischen Stakeholdern und dem Systemarchitekten des ART zusammenarbeitest.

Was wir erwarten

Für die Position des Product Development Lead bei Baloise Group solltest du folgende Qualifikationen mitbringen:

  • Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, gemeinsam mit dem Team eine klare Vision zu entwickeln.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von unternehmensübergreifenden Geschäftsprozessen in der Versicherungsbranche sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in deren Automatisierung und im Umgang mit den BiPRO-Normen.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern und externen Partnern.
  • Grundlegende Erfahrung im agilen Arbeiten und eine starke Identifikation mit den agilen Werten und Prinzipien.
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Scrum sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bringst eine kundenorientierte Denkweise in deine Interaktionen im Team ein und bist stets bestrebt, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu verstehen.
  • Empathie, Loyalität und Integrität gegenüber dem Team sind für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit unerlässlich.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Flexibilität in der Arbeitsweise, Anpassungsfähigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung, Beharrlichkeit und Eigenverantwortung sind ebenfalls wichtig.

Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über erste Kenntnisse im SAFe-Framework oder kannst entsprechende Zertifizierungen vorweisen. Dies ist jedoch kein Muss, da wir dich in deiner Weiterentwicklung unterstützen und dir die notwendigen Werkzeuge an die Hand geben.
