Job Title: Senior Product Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our cross-functional brand team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize the commercial potential of our vaccine business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand team to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Manage allocated marketing budgets and project timelines
  • Establish close working relationships with key stakeholders at national and regional level

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in economics, natural sciences or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' experience in product management for Rx products, experience in vaccine business is an advantage
  • Experience in leading bigger interdisciplinary project teams
  • Excellent digital/omnichannel marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High ability to work under pressure (handling timelines and complex tasks)
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
