Job Title: Senior Product Manager (m/w/d)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our cross-functional brand team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize the commercial potential of our vaccine business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the cross-functional brand team to drive business growth and success
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize commercial potential
- Develop, monitor, and execute clear tactical plans to meet objectives
- Analyze and interpret market trends and health policy developments to identify opportunities
- Create business cases and manage product life-cycle
- Provide strategic direction and marketing support to sales teams
- Manage allocated marketing budgets and project timelines
About You:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Product Manager with a strong background in product management and marketing. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product management for Rx products, with experience in vaccine business being an advantage. You should also have excellent digital/omnichannel marketing skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
