We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Product Owner to join our team at Fresenius Kabi. This role will play a central part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions on the Salesforce platform.

As the Global Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce products align with organizational goals, meet customer needs, and deliver value. This will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, IT development teams, and regional admins to drive successful product development.

One of your key responsibilities will be to implement a CRM Governance framework across Fresenius Kabi regions and Business Units. You will also act as a global CRM Governance lead that can be leveraged post the overall OneCRM implementation.

In addition, you will work closely with IT and the Digital Transformation team to support the setup of an interim Governance concept, ensuring control over the ongoing CRM Ecosystem initiatives and business continuity.

Your assignments will include:

  • Developing an overall Governance concept and documenting related processes into proper SOP's.
  • Implementing a Governance framework on the Salesforce platform and acting as global Governance lead across Fresenius Kabi regions and Business Units.
  • Working with IT and the Digital Transformation team to support the setup of an interim Governance concept.
  • Operating and enhancing the existing Salesforce Clouds and HCP Engagement solution.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to define Salesforce features, enhancements, and improvements.
  • Maintaining and prioritizing the requirements backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing a product roadmap for the leveraged Salesforce products in Sales, Service & Marketing.
  • Collaborating with IT developers, regional admins, and Salesforce as a vendor to set up a regular release management process for our OneCRM instance.
  • Staying up-to-date with Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.
