About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Secured Intelligence Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our climate data management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Deep Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Drive Customer Journey: Collaborate with customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes, retaining and growing their business.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and document customer information, including their organization, needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through regular meetings, service reviews, and product trainings.
  • Product Expertise: Educate and train customers on the best ways to use our products and its new features.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day activities and support escalations.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and drive revenue opportunities, including contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Product Awareness: Promote awareness of our latest innovations and product developments.
  • Trusted Advisor: Develop as a trusted advisor for our clients, providing guidance and support.
  • Account Planning: Create and update internal customer account plans, including strategy, success criteria, and execution plans.
  • Commercial and Financial Management: Manage, track, and trace commercial and financial affairs.
  • Business Health Checks: Perform business health checks to ensure customer success.
Requirements
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Consulting or Account Management: Experience with consulting or account management is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and empathy skills to become a trusted advisor for our clients.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with different internal teams.
  • Product Knowledge: Enjoy learning about our products and their technical foundation.
  • Business Insight: Show business insight to understand the client's needs while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Analytical Mindset: Combine an analytical mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English: Fluency in English is required.
