About the Role

Süwag is seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing identities, roles, and permissions in SAP and Workplace-Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain identity and access management systems to ensure secure and compliant access to company resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve access control and reduce security risks.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Lead and manage projects related to identity and access management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT security trends, technologies, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to improve our security posture.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in identity and access management, IT security, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security best practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
