The risk management tasks and procedures within Group Security are aligned with the standards outlined in the ISO 27000 series (information security management systems).
Your Area of Responsibility:
The Privileged Access Management Specialist is tasked with ensuring that all privileged users are managed effectively and adhere to relevant policies and regulations. This role involves active collaboration with product development and infrastructure teams to promote security-by-design throughout the product development and operational lifecycle. Key focus areas include automation and infrastructure as code, where security principles such as least privilege must be integrated from the initial design stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance governance and architectural controls for privileged access management. Serve as the subject matter expert for PAM within the organization. Establish and maintain a comprehensive information security policy framework that includes privileged access management requirements and controls. Design and implement workflows and controls for the identity and access lifecycle of privileged accounts in both infrastructure and application support. Collaborate with product development and infrastructure teams to create effective solutions for secure and reliable credential management for privileged personal and technical accounts. Monitor and regularly report on the compliance status of privileged account usage across the organization.Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a security or security-focused engineering role within infrastructure. Familiarity with privileged access management solutions and their integration into existing infrastructure and applications. Proficiency in common scripting languages is advantageous. Knowledge of privilege management solutions such as Cyberark PAS is preferred. A proactive mindset and ability to work independently on solutions are essential. Experience in process and business role modeling is a plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus. Optional: CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective presentation skills.Additionally, you should be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a high level of motivation, and a commitment to supporting team members' growth. Flexibility and proficiency in MS Office applications are also important.
