Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

The role of Identity and Access Management is vital in guaranteeing that only authorized personnel can access our systems, utilizing standard industry solutions for both on-premises and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks aligned with the Cloud IAM strategy.
  • Integrate Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) capabilities with the central IAM platform.
  • Develop lifecycle management processes for service accounts and establish governance frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations through effective access control policies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement IAM solutions.
  • Perform access reviews and uphold the principles of Least Privilege.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM processes.
  • Offer guidance and support during audit activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in IAM projects, with a focus on Cloud IAM.
  • Familiarity with widely used IAM and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Practical experience with IAM services in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Background in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Zero Trust principles is advantageous.
  • Experience in conducting IAM/PAM audits is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GCP/Azure are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
