Access Control and Security Governance Expert

About the Role:
The Privileged Access Management Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information assets. As a key member of the Group Security department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective privileged access management governance and architecture controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain information security policy framework with privileged access management requirements and controls.
- Design and implement identity and access lifecycle workflows and controls for privileged accounts in infrastructure and application support areas.
- Collaborate with product development and infrastructure teams to design and implement effective solutions for secure and reliable credential management.
- Ensure compliance status of privileged account usage across the organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert within the group for privileged access management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in security or security-oriented engineering function in infrastructure.
- Experience with privileged access management solutions and their integration into existing infrastructure and applications.
- Knowledge of privilege management solutions like Cyberark PAS.
- Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation skills.
