Job Title: Procurement Manager Subsurface

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager Subsurface to join our team at Kimberlite Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage procurement processes for drilling and decommissioning services, including tendering, contract negotiation, and contract management
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality services and competitive pricing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, engineering, or law
  • At least 4 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic buying and contract management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through procurement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
