Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Process Manager für unsere Einheit Operations Mannheim (DOM). Als Teil unseres Digital Business Support und Consulting Teams werden Sie folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Als First-Level-Support für die in Produktionsplanung und Produktion an den Standorten Mannheim und Penzberg eingesetzten SAP-Systeme P1U) sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner bei Problemen, Fragen und neuen Anforderungen.
  • Sie analysieren Problemstellungen und lösen diese wo möglich selbstständig bzw. Sie leiten diese an die zuständigen Stellen weiter und begleiten deren Lösung.
  • Bei Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich spezifizieren Sie diese für die externe Entwicklung und analysieren die Auswirkungen auf vorhandene Prozesse.
  • Sie erstellen Testspezifikationen, Testpläne und Testdokumentationen.
  • Als Teil des Fachbereichsteams für SAP vertreten Sie die lokalen DOM-Interessen in bereichsübergreifenden und internationalen Meetings.

Ihr Profil

Für diese Tätigkeiten bringen Sie folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

  • Ihr Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarem Studium haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Software-Projekten können Sie nachweisen und sie überzeugen durch sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (bevorzugt PU1). Besonderer Fokus liegt auf Kenntnis von Materialplanungs- und Produktionsprozessen und deren eingesetzter Datenstrukturen. Zusätzliche Kenntnis des QM-Moduls von Vorteil.
  • Sie bringen Kenntnisse im Umgang und Support von IT-Systemen sowie Kenntnisse in Computerized System-Validation mit.
  • Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind gut in Wort und Schrift.
  • Zu Ihren Stärken zählen analytisches Denken und eine eigenverantwortliche strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
