Inside Sales Consultant for Process Solutions

- As a specialist in advanced technologies such as cavity ring down spectrometers and sensors, you will serve as the primary contact for complex customer inquiries. You will manage specific requests and assist with repairs and calibrations.
- Develop tailored solutions that effectively utilize both internal and external resources to fulfill customer requirements.
- Facilitate the successful closure of opportunities and support the sales team with technical and commercial inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize activities and represent the company at industry trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Assist sales efforts at customer locations for pre-sales and post-sales activities in the EMEA & APAC regions.
- Engage with marketing and cross-functional teams on exciting projects within your area of expertise.
- A degree in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is essential for this position.
- Strong understanding of process, measurement, and control technologies.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication abilities, a customer-focused approach, and sales expertise.
- Dependability, initiative, commitment, and organizational skills are your key strengths.
- Basic knowledge of business administration is beneficial.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
