Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role

ArcelorMittal is committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, and we're taking significant steps to reduce our environmental impact. As a key player in the metal recycling industry, we're seeking an experienced Process Owner to lead the implementation of a standardized ERP system.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our decarbonization strategy. As a Process Owner, you'll be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, suggesting process standardization and improvements, and developing clear and simple process documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Definition: Collaborate with specialist departments to analyze and define business requirements.
  • Process Standardization and Improvement: Suggest and implement process standardization and improvements to optimize business processes.
  • Process Documentation: Develop clear and simple process documentation to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Process Mapping: Develop a process map to illustrate how processes affect other processes.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate with relevant stakeholders and report to the Project Leader.
  • Training and Support: Organize training courses and workshops for local key-users and end-users.
Requirements
  • Proactive and Curious: You're proactive, curious, and bold, with a willingness to understand, challenge, and define business needs.
  • Process Experience: Professional experience in defining and harmonizing business processes, with knowledge of metal recycling processes a plus.
  • ERP Experience: Professional experience in ERP systems as a key-user, with knowledge of metal recycling ERP systems a plus.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with excellent communication skills in English and German, French a plus.
