At 1&1, we're looking for a skilled Project Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and govern associated workstreams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and KPIs.
- Act as the sole workstream communication responsible for reporting and preparing end-to-end reports for management.
- Ensure regular updates to our project management tool and eliminate the use of other methods.
- Keep track of each workstream milestone and KPI, ensuring timely delivery and creating regular KPI reporting for the E2E program manager.
- Take an active role in prioritization within the workstream and advise the workstream on escalation paths and act as the first gatekeeper for escalations.
- Create a risk backlog with impact analysis to share with respective milestone project managers and the E2E program manager.
- Develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks and advise stakeholders on mitigation possibilities.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork through the creation of a friendly teamwork environment with all parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a recognized university in Management, Engineering, Communications, Economics, or relevant departments.
- Project management or similar work experience is required.
- At least 1+ years of experience in telecommunications related to network functions is desired.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Organized, disciplined, and eager to succeed.
