Organizational Development Specialist

As an Organizational Development Specialist, I play a pivotal role in establishing a well-structured and compliant organizational framework, facilitating strategic initiatives within the Digital Hangar. My focus is on optimizing workflows, adhering to Lufthansa Group's policies, and promoting seamless collaboration across our international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to pinpoint areas for enhancement in workflows, frameworks, and systems. Design and implement innovative strategies to navigate complex organizational transformations and nurture an agile culture within the Digital Hangar and Lufthansa Group. Ensure compliance with Lufthansa Group governance and legal standards across all operational sites. Serve as a vital link, ensuring coherence between Digital Hangar and Lufthansa Corporate Strategy on essential projects. Refine organizational frameworks to boost efficiency, communication, and teamwork among departments. Develop and oversee dashboards to monitor crucial metrics such as employee satisfaction, productivity, and operational efficiency. Compare our performance against industry benchmarks to maintain competitiveness and foster innovation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Strategy, or Human Resources. Strong analytical and communication capabilities. Proven expertise in process enhancement, organizational design, and managing complexity. Ability to structure intricate issues, prioritize effectively, and mediate between diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions among various teams. Proficient in change management with a solid strategic and political acumen. Independent and solution-focused work ethic. Proficiency in both English and German languages.
