We are a rapidly growing management consulting firm founded in 2018. Our company operates in two business areas, providing services to both large corporations and medium-sized enterprises in Germany.

Our Mission

No Experience? No Problem

During your onboarding process, you will learn everything you need to excel in your role. While prior experience in consulting is beneficial, it is not a requirement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will accompany our clients' diverse transformation processes and support their project teams.
  • You will be a driving force for positive organizational changes and enable teams to become more adaptable, self-organized, and self-learning.
  • You will serve as a forward-thinking advisor and results-oriented implementer at various levels.
  • You will introduce agile values, methodologies, and techniques and help integrate them into daily work.
  • You will support the development of the entire organization using methodologies from Scrum, Kanban, OKR, Lean, Design Thinking, Scaled Agile, and more.

Your Profile

  • You are passionate about driving change and implementing sustainable improvements.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are empathetic.
  • You have a startup mindset and an open attitude, embracing trial and error, customer focus, flat hierarchies, and innovation.
  • Agility is not a foreign concept to you, and you are enthusiastic about methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, OKR, Kanban, LeSS, Design Thinking, and Coaching.
  • Ideal candidates have initial practical experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and others.
  • You are generally open to travel and adapt to the needs of our clients in each project.
  • You possess strong communication skills and a keen sense of precision.
  • You have a clean and error-free written expression in German.
