Job Overview

As a Consultant for Organizational Change, you will play a pivotal role in steering clients through the intricate phases of extensive business transformations. Your responsibilities will encompass the formulation of initial visions, the translation of complex challenges into actionable roadmaps, and the execution of organizational changes, all while crafting persuasive business cases. In your capacity as a lead consultant, you will devise business strategies that take into account end customers, technological advancements, and the implications for organizational dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainable Organizational Structures: Design and implement frameworks that promote customer-centricity and foster innovation, ensuring the long-term viability of our clients.
  • Business Process Management: Assess, identify, and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency, ideally leveraging your experience in process automation and artificial intelligence.
  • Operating Model Development: Establish and execute the components of operating models that align with the strategic objectives and vision of organizations. Define appropriate governance structures to support organizational ambitions.
  • Expertise in Change Management: Provide guidance to C-level executives and develop effective change management initiatives and programs. Create and implement training and communication strategies for these change initiatives.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Lead the adjustment of plans in response to evolving business contexts, identifying pragmatic and effective solutions tailored to our clients' realities.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business or a related field; advanced degrees such as a Ph.D. or MBA are preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of strategic consulting experience in professional services, industry, or reputable consulting firms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly at the executive level.
  • Proficient in strategy formulation and practical consulting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly.
  • A creative thinker with a track record of exploring innovative solutions.
  • Experience in innovation management, digital business models, and multi-channel strategies.
  • A proactive approach with a history of leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable, with French as an additional advantage.
