Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Plan and execute communication strategies that bring our values to life, defining concise key messages and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Drive Campaigns and Communication Activities: Coordinate and oversee campaigns, involve relevant stakeholders, manage public relations activities, plan content releases on various platforms, and allocate budget efficiently to enhance our brand presence.
  • Build and Maintain Media Relationships: Establish relationships with journalists and bloggers, handle media inquiries, and ensure proactive presence in the right media outlets to strengthen our brand perception.
  • Handle Crises with Finesse: Be prepared to communicate professionally and confidently during crises to maintain trust with our customers and partners.
  • Manage Agencies and Freelancers: Coordinate external agencies and freelancers, ensuring their work aligns with our communication strategy and upholds the quality of our brand messages.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a responsible role in Brand/Marketing/Communication, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to handle communication effectively in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels such as Instagram, TikTok, press releases, and industry events to reach target audiences and strengthen brand presence.
  • Strong sense of design, visual aesthetics, and experience in campaign analytics.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while motivating and leading a team.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential to thrive in our diverse team.
