Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and successful Enterprise Sales Manager to sell our broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Germany.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients, as well as new accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Research trends and identify new opportunities to increase sales.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market share in Germany.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales in Central Europe.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience selling technology into manufacturing, corporate, or governmental accounts.
- Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure, and control, time, and territory management.
- Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
