We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Online department. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in the development, operation, and optimization of online services for municipalities.

• Analyze and resolve software issues for end-users
• Install and maintain customer systems
• Communicate with stakeholders, internal and external developers
• Evaluate tools, workflows, and technologies within the team
• Test application components

• 2 years of experience in system administration or a related field
• Proficient in Windows and Linux systems, as well as relational databases
