We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from German-speaking clients through phone calls, live chat, and back-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide swift, professional solutions to any concerns related to the digital banking platform.
  • Team up to offer excellent customer support and contribute feedback that can refine the overall service experience.
