About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing professional to work with our clients in enhancing their Google Ads strategies. As a German-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working with clients to optimise their Google Ads campaigns and enhance performance
  • Delivering strategic, data-led insights to assist clients in reaching their marketing targets
  • Assessing campaign performance and delivering custom recommendations for maximising success
  • Becoming a trusted advisor in all things related to digital advertising strategy
What We Offer

We're proud to offer a unique and exciting opportunity to work from a beachside office in Barcelona with a hybrid model (split between office and remote). Our relocation package includes:

  • Flight covered
  • 2 months of accommodation to help you settle in

Additionally, you'll enjoy:

  • Salary: 2,500 EUR gross/month (around 30,000 EUR annually) plus up to 3,500 EUR annually in performance bonuses
  • 4 weeks of paid training on Google Ads, with continuous development and certification opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Native or C2-level German with C1-level English
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, sales, or online advertising
  • Passion for Google Ads with a strong talent for campaign optimisation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
