Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at homify GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business streams for our English and German speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of the overall business plan to exceed targets and goals
- Develop strategic sales and marketing plans, and mindshare in your accounts
- Utilize solution-based selling techniques and develop strong relationships with your account leadership and product partners
- Prospect new account opportunities; deliver sales and revenue growth
- Respond to RFP's by offering compelling business cases and being the expert on our Enterprise Project offerings
- Establish and manage relevant contractual agreements with our corporate clients & strategic partners
- Present outstanding sales and negotiation skills, as well as proper recognition of business opportunities
- Bring a good amount of experience in business development and Sales, ideally face-to-face & telecommunication
- Bring strong experience with solution and/or consultative selling techniques
- Have an advantage if you bring knowledge or contacts from Key Players in the Home and Living space, and if you understand the main business metrics and models in this field
- Fluently speak and write in English and German
- Demanding tasks in a fast-growing company with a lot of responsibility
- Great possibilities of developing your role within the company
- Multi-cultural team including flat hierarchies and open doors to share your ideas
