Job Overview

The Head of Marketing and Strategy will be responsible for leading the marketing and business development efforts of Nexperia's Business Group. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing market intelligence, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Business Group, including market analysis and competitor research
  • Manage market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and trends
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Oversee analysis of market data and modeling of future scenarios
  • Benchmark Nexperia against competitors from multiple cross sections
  • Design and implement governance frameworks for business development
  • Develop relevant business partnerships to drive business growth
  • Attend industry events and engage with customers to stay up-to-date on market dynamics

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Marketing with a proven track record
  • More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience as a senior leader and people manager with demonstrable mentoring skills
  • Market-level expertise in the semiconductor industry, with a deep understanding of trends and applications
  • Working knowledge of program management and experience delivering cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Competence in data analysis, presentation, and storytelling
  • Strategic thinking with an analytical approach
  • Growth mindset with a focus on learning from failure
  • Motivator and team player with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and structured with a hands-on mentality
