Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Total Rewards to join our Group HR Function at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying our compensation and benefits strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy benefits programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on compensation and benefits matters
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits strategy development and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the media industry
