Organisatorischer Kontext und Zielsetzung

Der Reliability Engineer spielt eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Anlagen und Prozesse mit hoher technischer Zuverlässigkeit ihre Produktionsziele erreichen. Dies umfasst die Anwendung von Optimierungstechniken zur vorausschauenden und vorbeugenden Wartung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Maintenance-Team.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identifikation, Bewertung und nachhaltige Behebung potenzieller Fehlerquellen durch strukturierte Root Cause und Fehlermöglichkeits- und Einflussanalysen (RCA / FMEA).
  • Erkennung und Bewertung von Schwachstellen in Prozessen und Anlagen durch Vulnerability Studies.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur optimalen Nutzung und Wartung von Anlageteilen.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von risikobasierten Instandhaltungskonzepten zur Maximierung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und -sicherheit.
  • Eigenständige Ableitung von Initiativen aus der Sammlung, Analyse und Interpretation von Zuverlässigkeitsdaten sowie Sicherstellung deren Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Bereichen.
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit anderen Produktionsstandorten zur Gewinnung von Erkenntnissen und Unterstützung von Kollegen mit Ihrer Erfahrung.

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss (Bachelor oder Master) im Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erfahrung in einem technischen Produktionsumfeld, beispielsweise in der Anlagenprüfung, Instandhaltung oder als unterstützender Betriebsingenieur.
  • Kenntnisse in Tools zur Zuverlässigkeitsanalyse, wie FMEA, RCFA, Bad Actor Analysis und/oder Criticality Analysis.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Technisches Interesse und Verständnis.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
