- Personalplanung, Schulung und Leistungsbewertung der Mitarbeiter
- Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle für den Kundenservice-Bereich
- Steigerung der Performance des CS-Teams
- Berichterstattung und Reporting der Performance-Entwicklung an die Geschäftsführung
- Sicherstellung und Optimierung der operativen Abläufe und Prozesse im Kundenservice
- Bearbeitung von Eskalationen und schwierigen Kundenanfragen
- Festlegung von Kommunikationsstandards und Erstellung von Vorlagen und Richtlinien
- Strukturierung und Koordination der abteilungsinternen Dokumentation
- Analyse von Kundendaten zur Gewinnung von Erkenntnissen über Kundenverhalten und -präferenzen
- Implementierung von Technologien und Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung im Kundenservice
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Service, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeit
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kundenorientierung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse von MS-Office und anderen gängigen Anwendungen
