Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n IT-Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) im IT-Support in unbefristeter Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
Ihr Arbeitsumfeld
Werden Sie Teil unseres engagierten Teams im Bereich „Service“. Hier tragen Sie dazu bei, innovative IT-Lösungen für die Zukunft zu entwickeln und unterstützen unsere Nutzerinnen und Nutzer in verschiedenen Anliegen. Als Mitglied unseres First-Level-Supports sind Sie der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und fördern die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Dienstleistungen in der Verwaltung, Forschung und Lehre.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Unterstützung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender über Telefon, E-Mail und im persönlichen Kontakt
- Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
- Administration des Zeiterfassungs- und Zugangskontrollsystems
- Mitarbeit im zentralen Druckservice der Universität
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene relevante Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängiger Hardware (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Tablets, Smartphones) und deren Betriebssystemen (Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android)
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen:
- Standard-Anwendungssoftware (MS Office, E-Mail-Clients, Web-Browser)
- IT-Dienste (E-Mail, Web, File- & Printservices, LDAP, MS Active Directory)
- Netzwerkkenntnisse (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, Netz-Dienste)
- Grafik- und Layout-Software sowie Kenntnisse im Digitaldruck
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
- Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
