Aufgaben

Als Customer Success Manager/in bei become.1 GmbH bist du verantwortlich für das Onboarding von Neukunden und die Betreuung von Bestandskunden. Du sicherst langfristig zufriedene Kunden und arbeitest eng mit unserem Top-Team zusammen.

Wir suchen nach jemandem, der eine Hands-On-Mentalität hat und sich in sämtlichen Abläufen direkt einbringen möchte. Du wirst Teil eines Teams von derzeit 2 Success Managerinnen und wirkst in sämtlichen Abläufen direkt mit.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Einführung sinnvoller Software-Tools zur Optimierung der Abläufe
  • Analyse, Konzeptionierung und Weiterentwicklung von Customer Success Prozessen
  • Bildung von Fokusgruppen, um Feedback zu Produktideen und Feature-Releases zu erhalten
  • Arbeit in einem erfahrenen Team und in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern
Qualifikation

Wir suchen nach jemandem mit:

  • Eigenständigem Arbeiten und entrepreneurial spirit
  • Sehr gutem Deutsch und gutem Englisch-Level
  • Ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • 1-2 Jahren Erfahrung im Customer Success eines Software-Unternehmens/Startups
