Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate with representation function to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the store manager to ensure seamless store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including store layouts, product features, and promotions.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, ensuring accurate inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including store displays and product presentations.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
