Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations and monitor key performance indicators to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize sales areas, present current product offerings, and implement sales-promoting strategies to increase customer engagement.
• Take on key responsibilities and have your own area of responsibility, working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and motivate your team with enthusiasm and passion, supporting workforce planning and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Friendly, reliable, and honest work is a given for you, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience in the food retail sector, preferably with a background in sales or retail management.
• Trained in retail (e.g. salesperson / retail merchant) and ideally have professional experience in a similar role.
